Speaker Eligibility and Participation Overview

The Association for Scientific and Academic Research (ASAR) invites experienced academicians, researchers, scholars, and professionals to participate as speakers at its academic conferences and research forums. These sessions aim to promote the exchange of scientific knowledge, interdisciplinary collaboration, and meaningful academic dialogue among participants from universities, research institutions, and professional organizations worldwide.

Through speaker presentations, ASAR conferences provide a platform for experts to share innovative research developments, practical solutions, and emerging trends across various scientific and academic disciplines.

Who Can Apply

Who Can Apply as a Speaker

You may apply to become a speaker if you:

Are a faculty member, researcher, scientist, or industry expert
Hold a postgraduate qualification such as M.Tech, MBA, M.Sc., MA, or equivalent
Doctoral qualification (PhD) or significant research experience is preferred
Demonstrate strong research expertise or professional specialization in a relevant field
Have published research papers, academic contributions, or professional project experience
Possess the ability to present research findings, innovations, or analytical insights
Previous conference speaking experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Responsibilities

Role of Speakers at ASAR Conferences

Speakers selected for the conference will:

Deliver a 10–15 minute presentation during their assigned session

Present research findings, innovative developments, or professional case studies

Participate in interactive discussions and Q&A sessions

Contribute to knowledge exchange and interdisciplinary collaboration

After Selection

Expectations from Selected Speakers

Once selected, speakers are expected to:

Submit a short abstract or presentation summary for evaluation

Provide presentation slides and a brief professional profile within the specified timeline

3

Ensure that submitted content is original and academically appropriate

4

Follow the conference schedule and presentation instructions shared by the organizing committee

5

Attend a technical briefing session if the presentation is conducted virtually
